Your lender has 12 days +2 days (for postage) from the date you post it to reply to your request.
Don't expect a reply within that time limit, chances are you will not get one. Although technically if they do not reply within this period they are in default... but be patient they will reply (with something or other).
Eventually they will send you something which, at first glance might actually resemble a properly executed credit agreement.
However .. the devil is in the detail.
